The business Clinic was quite liberating for me. The facilitator was very detailed in breaking down key points as regards the process of book keeping, accounting and implementation of financial transactions and the accounting systems that will suite my ready to wear fashion business.
This has helped me greatly in putting the right structure in my ready to wear business. She gave practical examples that exposed me to numbers to track in my business to increase my revenue. My level of consciousness has been activated to manage my cost structure, how to avoid wastages to free up cash for other areas of my business. My pricing issues has also been fixed.
The training touched on key areas to avoid losing money. I can go on and on.
I will recommend this training for other business owners. Toyin’s wealth of experience in the corporate sector is exceptional. I got value for money and it was time well spent.

Before I started the business class, I had no idea about paying taxes and how to price accurately, I did not include my Indirect costs in my pricing, I had no accounting software, I did not keep accurate records.
After the class, I know better now. I have a good understanding of pricing accurately including my direct and indirect costs, I know a bit about paying taxes, I know how to keep financial records accurately, I learnt pricing strategies and how to apply it to my products, I also have discovered loopholes that affected my finances.
I also enjoyed the training, it was easy to understand.

The business clinic was amazing. I have always had a phobia for figures and not really interested or been able to interpret figures accurately and how it affects the day to day running of my business. I run a bakery where cash moves around a lot.
From the training, book keeping and pricing for profitability were broken down in simple and easy to comprehend. I understood how to classify my cost into direct and indirect cost and calculate my profit.

Before I started this class. Money 💰 flies in and out. I didn’t know how best to capture my activities, except by physically writing everything down in a book.
After the class, my eyes of understanding are open to the different costs, how to separate them, how to actually in practical terms joggle my units to achieve breakeven and profit situations. I’m not just aware in my head, I can practically achieve it.
Of course I’ve been introduced to nice and free accounting tools.
Now I can trace where the monies are ‘flying’
